If you’ve been toying with the idea of grabbing RSB, but weren’t sure whether it was worth it, I’m delighted to report that I’ve now been able to secure a copy of the demo version.

This is exactly the same as the full version, but it has severe restrictions on the number of years of available data. In this case, only flat data from the years 1995 and 1996 are included.

In the real version, there is over twenty years worth of data for both Flat and National Hunt.

Nevertheless, the inclusion of all research variable gives a comprehensive overview of what is possible with RSB.

Download and installation instructions:

To download Racing Systems Builder DEMO to your computer and install, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click the link below and select ‘Save Target As’ (in Internet Explorer) or ‘Save Link As’ (in Firefox). Select a location on your computer and remember where it was (!), then wait for the download to complete.

2. Once the download is complete, right click the zip file on your computer, and select ‘Extract All’. This will then bring up a dialogue box asking you where you wish to extract the files to. Choose a relevant location on your computer, and click ‘Extract’.

3. Now locate the extracted files, and double click the setup file. Follow the on-screen prompts. (If asked whether to overwrite a newer file, always decline).
